Utilities is a VTB item within the TWAdmin workspace.

The Utilities menu allows you to customize the patient banner bar. When a patient is pulled into context, the patient information that comes from the Practice Management System (such as IDX, Flowcast, or Allscripts PM) is shown at the top in the Patient Banner. The determination of which patient demographics and what order they appear in can be controlled by selecting the Patient Banner Setup tab and arranging as desired. It is also possible to choose whether or not the Patient Info button also shows on the Patient Banner.
