How to get started
- Starting with v11.4 and above, Allscripts has developed a new approach to delivering upgrades referred to as the "Speed to Value Upgrade Process" or also known as SV2. This is divided into 4 phases that clearly defines the client and vendor roles and deliverables for each phase. The 4 phases are: 1) Prepare, 2) Prerequisite, 3) Engagement, 4) Optimize.

- The first step is to open a supportforce case requesting an upgrade.
