In order to see the amendments that have been made to the body of a note, the note must be signed and final. If amendments are made prior to the note being finalized the "amended by" will not show up next to the items that have been amended.
V11.2 Note that there is a new check box located under "properties>note attributes" section of each note output that says "show note amendments". This box MUST be checked in order for amendments to show on the output.
