There are specific Medcin(pre 11.4) or IMO-Intelligent Medical Objects(11.4 upgrade)findings that are classified as Physical Exam Findings- typically these are Medcin/IMO items you would be using in your Note Forms or M-Templates to document the physician exam. A good example would be Pelvic Exam. Search for it with the filter on and off for Exclude Physical Exam Findings.
