In v11 you have the ability to transition one problem to another. Instructions for transitioning in V11.4.1 are below.
1. From ACI, add new problem to transition to
2. From problem list, right click on problem transitioning from and select "transition to"
3. Select newly added problem to transition to
4. Result should be that the new problem remains on the Active Problem list while the transition problem is removed from active problems. Also note that when editing the new problem, the dx it was transitioned from, show up in the "transitioned from" field.
