How to get started
Starting with v11.4 and above, Allscripts has developed a new approach to delivering upgrades referred to as the "Speed to Value Upgrade Process" or also known as SV2. This is divided into 4 phases that clearly defines the client and vendor roles and deliverables for each phase. The 4 phases are: 1) Prepare, 2) Prerequisite, 3) Engagement, 4) Optimize.

How to get access to Upgrade Resource Center on Client Connect Client Connect – Login to Client Connect to join the User Group “Enterprise EHR Upgrade Resource Center.” This group has been created for you to access documents as directed in other items listed in this Welcome Letter. Follow the below steps to join the Group: 1) Log into Client Connect 2) Click on “USER GROUPS” menu item 3) Select “Enterprise EHR Directory” under the drop down 4) Select “Enterprise EHR Upgrade Resource Center” group under the Enterprise EHR User Group Directory section 5) Click on “Join this Group” in the right-side Actions listing and follow directions to join
