QChart and QAppt Not Available in Call Processing

Q: QChart and QAppt are not available in the Call Processing workspace. Is this accurate?
A: Currently the Call Processing workspace is not a .net workspace, and therefore cannot be configured with these icons. QChart and QAppt should be accessed from the Floating Toolbar.
