Unable to start new prenatal record

Generally this is due to the existence of current/open prenatal record. Review the existing record and enter an outcome under the "outcome" tab, then Finalize the record. If the record was started in error, it can be entered in error (EIE) . Once it is EIE a new prenatal record can be started.
