Description
The Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity (SLEDAI)is a weighted, cumulative index of disease activity in Lupus patients.
SELENA Interpretation
The SELENA Interpretation states that a patient score difference between 3-12 reflects a mild to moderate flare. A score difference greater than 12 indicates a severe flare.

Mild Moderate Flare Minimum | Integer | Represents the minimum SLEADAI score that will produce a Mild or Moderate Flare. |
Orderable Item Override | (BLANK) / G-SLEDAI | “(BLANK)” indicates that the global configuration options for Orderable Item will be used. “G-SLEDAI” indicates that the calculator specific value will be used and can display the specific calculator name in the output. |
Severe Flare Minimum | Integer | Represents the minimum SLEDAI score that will provide a Severe Flare |
