-253: Patient exists in TouchWorks with the same demographics and a different Organization MRN

Description

This occurs when the patient exists in two different orgs with different MRNS.

Common Scenario

This error will often occur when multiple GroupCast practices are involved in a shared organization setup.

Fix

Changing MRN of patient should resolve issue. Note: This solution/fix is handled by the client.
