Additional Questions can be added to immunization administrations for reporting to registries. Registries differ depending on state policies and regulations. There are more additional information questions in this dictionary than applicable to immunizations. Only add those additional information questions pertaining to immunizations.

1. Log into TWAdmin or a user with Admin rights

2. Navigate to dictionaries

3. Select Additional Information

4. Select the additional information question you want added to the immunization details

5. In Details 2 check the box For Immunization Registry Information

6. When finished marking these, click Save.

7. These will be found in the Clinical Questions section of the Immunization Record Admin Tab
