Question
For the Providers who are currently linking their meds to problems, will those connections stay linked when their data is converted from V10 to V11?
Answer
The links between meds and problems are supposed to stay connected when the data is converted. There are known instances where the linked medications did not stay linked after the upgrade. These known instances resulted from early conversions and should be fixed by now. Check with your upgrade technician if this is a concern.
