For the Providers who are currently linking their meds to problems, will those connections stay linked when their data is converted from V10 to V11?
Answer
The links between meds and problems are suppose to stay connected when the data is converted. There are known instances where the linked medications did not stay linked after the upgrade. The known instances of those were early conversions and this should be fixed. Check with your upgrade tech is this is a concern.
