Add Clinical Item (ACI) is a form (dialog box) opened when selecting "new" from the clinical toolbar under:

  1. Allergies
  2. Orders
  3. Problems

Or from selecting one of the following items on the Clinical Toolbar

  • Problems
  1. Active
  2. Past Medical History (PMH)
  3. Past Surgical History (PSH)
  4. Family History (FMH)
  5. Social History
  • RX
  • Orders


Once opened the screen includes three tabs:

  1. History Builder
  2. Rx/Orders
  3. Problem-based Orders

The secondary tabs are not available to be renamed or changed.
