Allscripts Enterprise EHR - Building Notes (Basics)

Description:

This will be the first webcast in a series of note webcasts provided by Galen Healthcare Solutions; each subsequent webcast will build upon the last. This webcast will include setting up documents in the Document Type dictionary, input/output template set up and adding text templates and forms. This class is for users with no formal note training and/or beginning note users. An advanced note class will also be offered at a later date and it will cover creating and modifying forms, symptom form modification and building text templates.
