Question: How do we allow clinical staff to add Active Problems without assessing them?
Answers:
- Option 1 - When a non-provider adds an Active Problem remove the check mark in the assess box in the ACI. That way the encounter summary will show added.
- Option 2 (tested with V11.4) - Add the problem on an encounter that is NOT associated with the appointment encounter. This will allow the problem to still show up on the problem list, it will still be available to assess, however it will be listed as "unassessed".
