Auto citing vitals

Vitals that Auto-Cite into a Structored Note (v10) post the username next to the vital signs.

If you do not want the username and want the actual name of the nurse/provider who entered the vitals to show instead:

1. Remove the auto-cited vitals from the note by clicking on vitals and then clicking remove entry.
2. Select the vitals you want removed.
3. With Vitals Note section still selected, click on Cite.

The vitals will now have the the actual name and not the username.
