These enhancements apply to new batch sign functionality now available in v11 Note, as well as changes to the documentation completion workspace.
Batch Sign
- When working from the Task List, users can perform the following functions:
- Complete a Review Document task by clicking Done on the v10 Note Workspace. The task is completed, removed from the Task List and user is returned to the Task List.
- Complete a Review Note task by clicking Done on the Note Viewer. The task is completed, removed from the Task List and user is returned to the Task List.
Document Completion Workspace
- These right-click menu options have been replaced by buttons:
- Sign
- Done
- Edit
- Carbon Copy
- Task
- Close
- These right-click menu options are not needed in the Batch Sign functionality:
- Annotate
- Document Hx
- Audit
- Fax
- Invalidate
- Clinical Exchange Document
- New context menus:
- Select All
- Copy
