Batch Sign Enhancements 11.1.7

These enhancements apply to new batch sign functionality now available in v11 Note, as well as to changes to the documentation completion workspace.

Batch Sign

• When working from the Task List, users can perform the following functions:
  • Complete a Review Document task by clicking Done on the v10 Note Workspace. The task is completed, removed from the Task List and user is returned to the Task List.
  • Complete a Review Note task by clicking Done on the Note Viewer. The task is completed, removed from the Task List and user is returned to the Task List.

Document Completion Workspace

• These right-click menu options have been replaced by buttons:
  • Sign
  • Done
  • Edit
  • Carbon Copy
  • Task
  • Close

• These right-click menu options are not needed in the Batch Sign functionality:
  • Annotate
  • Document Hx
  • Audit
  • Print
  • Fax
  • Invalidate
  • Clinical Exchange Document

• New context menus:
  • Select All
  • Copy
