Change Medication Status

This is done in the Order Status Reason dictionary.

The Order Status Reason describes the reason an order is in its current status, and clinical reasons such as why a medication was discontinued (adverse reaction, or ineffective). Review and add entries relevant to your organization.

All order status reasons must be satisfied before the order can advance to the next status.
