Overview
Clinical Exchange Documents and Clinical Summary Notes Several enhancements are made in Allscripts TouchWorks version 11.4.1 to support the creation and exchange of clinical documentation, many of which support Meaningful Use Stage 2 and improve the communication of patient data between providers on different systems.

Q: Is it a known issue in 11.4.1 that CCD's are unable to be invalidated? We are not able to invalidate CCD's since our upgrade.

Q: Is it possible to set up the Clinical Summary by site?
A: Yes they can be set up by site or specialty and that is controlled in the properties of the document.
Q: Can Auto Print Defaults be setup so the Summary Prints to the front desk?
A: Yes they can be set up so that they work with the flow of your clinic.
