Issue

You'd like to setup Crystal Reports 10 to create reports for TouchWorks v10.

Resolution

When installing crystal reports v10, make sure you do the following:

1. Go to Crystal support site and download latest service pack (SP6 as of 5June07). Reports may not run properly in TouchWorks v10.x if you do not have at least SP3 of Crystal 10. SP6 Here

2. Get CRUFLCHTimeZone.dll from \\Printserver\c$\Program Files\Allscripts Healthcare Solutions\Touchworks Web\Touchworks Print Center\

3. Move the DLL to your C:\Windows\System32 folder and Open With regsrv32.exe (found also in the system 32 directory). I usually setup regsrv32 to run anytime I double click a DLL.

Note: Step 3 may not work if not logged in as an administrator. In this case you will get the following error message "The module "C:\Windows\System32\CRUFLCHTimeZone.dll" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80004005". A way round this is to run the command prompt as an administrator (right click command prompt and click 'Run as an administrator'), change location to C:\Windows\System32 and run Regsvr32.exe CRUFLCHTimeZone.dll
