DUR - Drug Utilization Review

Drug Utilization Review is used to assist in e-prescribing, to alert the prescriber to possible problems with allergies and adverse reactions the patient has, interactions with other medications the patient is taking, interactions with known health issues for the patient, recommended dosing ranges, and duplication of therapy with other medications the patient is taking.
