Additional Details

When you select a medication from the Add Clinical Item (ACI) page the system sends out a request to a service to verify that a coupon is available for that medication.

Coupon availability is determined by the following factors:

  1. Medication is a name brand medication and not a generic
  2. Patient age
  3. Patient gender
  4. Patient address
  5. Number of coupons available for the medication- Some medications are limited to only a certain number of coupons, once the limit has been reached no additional coupons will be generated for that medication
  6. Ordering Provider is enrolled in eCoupon
