End User Server Identification for Issue Documentation
- During the Live Upgrade, the Upgrade Tech will place web server identifiers in the lower left logo.
- This logo is visible regardless of where the user is in their workflow so that the user can identify the specific server when reporting issues.
- The Enterprise or User may have the Vertical Tool Bar hidden to maximize workspace.
If an issue is encountered, the user will need to show the Vertical Tool Bar in order to identify the server:
The server ID will be in the lower left logo:
