FAQ: Can I verbally navigate a clinical desktop (.Net) with Dragon?

Traditional Allscripts Enterprise VTB and HTBs can be navigated using Dragon, but are there different configurations necessary to navigate a .Net screen like the clinical desktop? It doesn't appear to behave the same.
