Description
The Breast Cancer Risk tool was developed to estimate a woman’s risk of developing invasive breast cancer.

| Biopsy | Results | Patient has had a biopsy |
| Breast Cancer, DICS, or LCIS | Problems | Patient’s history of breast cancer, or ductal carcinoma in situ (DICS) or lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS) |
| Breast Cancer (Immediate Family) | Problems | Immediate Family history of breast cancer |
| Atypical Hyperplasia | Problems | Patient has had atypical hyperplasia |
