Description

The Pediatric Symptom Checklist (PSC) is a parent-completed questionnaire that is used by pediatricians and other health professionals to improve the recognition and treatment of psychosocial problems in children, ages 6 through 18. This calculator is associated with the Pediatrics and Psychiatry specialties.

Show Full Questions in Annotations	True / False	True will enable the display of the full calculator input question text (rather than Q1, Q2, etc.) in the result output annotations. False will disable the display of the full calculator input question text and display the question numbers and answers only in the result output annotations.
