Description

This extended fall risk screening tooling was adopted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a part of their Stopping Elderly Accidents, Deaths & Injuries (STEADI) program. It was adopted from a tool created by the Greater Los Angeles VA Geriatric Research Education Clinical Center.

Ranges

Target patients are geriatric; 65 years and older.
