How to add Note to Clinical Desktop Views
Each user will need the Note view assigned in order to be able to see a v11 note in Chartviewer
SSMT Steps
- Log into SSMT.
- Pull a fresh extract from Live of the SSMT category of Clinical Desktop Views to User and look to see if they are assigned already.
- If not, then assign the note view to each user as shown in the sample SSMT extract Sample SSMT example.
- To validate the task is completed, log in as a user and attempt to open a v11 Note in chartviewer.
- This step can be done at any time in test/live as the user doesn’t actually see a view per se and this item would then be completed.
TWAdmin Steps
- Log into TWAdmin.
- Select Work Def Admin.
- Select Note View.
- Search for User to be assigned and use arrow to assign user to Note View.
- To validate the task is completed, log in as a user and attempt to open a v11 Note in chartviewer.
- See screen shot example Sample TWAdmin screen shot.
- This step can be done at any time in test/live as the user doesn’t actually see a view per se and this item would then be completed.
