Each user will need the Note view assigned in order to be able to see a v11 note in Chartviewer

SSMT Steps

  • Log into SSMT.
  • Pull a fresh extract from Live of the SSMT category of Clinical Desktop Views to User and look to see if they are assigned already.
  • If not, then assign the note view to each user as shown in the sample SSMT extract Sample SSMT example.
  • To validate the task is completed, log in as a user and attempt to open a v11 Note in chartviewer.
  • This step can be done at any time in test/live as the user doesn’t actually see a view per se and this item would then be completed.

TWAdmin Steps

  • Log into TWAdmin.
  • Select Work Def Admin.
  • Select Note View.
  • Search for User to be assigned and use arrow to assign user to Note View.
  • To validate the task is completed, log in as a user and attempt to open a v11 Note in chartviewer.
  • See screen shot example Sample TWAdmin screen shot.
  • This step can be done at any time in test/live as the user doesn’t actually see a view per se and this item would then be completed.
