How to add Note to Clinical Desktop Views
Each user will need the Note view assigned in order to be able to see a v11 note in Chartviewer
SSMT Steps
- Log into SSMT
- Pull a fresh extract from Live of the SSMT category of Clinical Desktop Views to User and look to see if they are assigned already
- If not then assign the note view to each user as shown in the sample SSMT extract Sample SSMT example
- This step can be done at any time in test/live as the user doesn’t actually see a view per se and this item would then be completed.
- To validate the task is completed log in as a user, and attempt to open a v11 Note in chartviewer
TWAdmin Steps
- Log into TWAdmin
- Select Work Def Admin
- Select Note View
- Search for User to be assigned and use arrow to assign user to Note View
- To validate the task is completed log in as a user, and attempt to open a v11 Note in chartviewer
