When launching Internet Explorer and navigating to the Touchworks page, it is possible to disable the Internet Explorer Browser Controls.  These include the menus, navigation buttons, and address bar.  This is accomplished by logging in as user "TWAdmin", selecting the "Admin Workspace", choosing the "Preferences" VTB, search for the "Centricity Framework" product and select the "HideLoginBrowserControls" preference, click the "Edit" tab and change the setting to "Y".  This will remove the browser controls when the user navigates to the Touchworks login page.  To enable the browser control functionality in those situations where they are not available, change the setting to "N".
