Medcin Searching Turned On…uses the Word “Hypertension” as a Keyword, returning all possibly related Diagnosis. For example…you would not get HELLP Syndrome with this turned off.
With Medcin Searching Turned off…you only get those Diagnosis where the word “Hypertension” is either the first word of the ICD or Contained in the title.
