-Each CareGuide template has a question and answer monograph (both in English and Spanish) which clients have the ability to edit. They describe the commonly asked questions about the disease, injury, or health condition. There are also instruction details behind the instructions. The provider sees the basic information and the printout for the patient contains all the details that are behind this.
