Organizations are groups that exist within the enterprise. Typically, each organization is a group of clinicians that shares a site, specialty or some other factor.
An individual clinician can belong to one or more organizations. For Example, Dr. Smith can belong to "cardiologists" and to "South Clinic".
Clients can define the organizations that belong to the enterprise.
Some preferences are set at the system level which can affect the organization to which it is linked.
If the Organization Preference is set, the Enterprise default value is not used.
