1. Immunization Management
A. Providers need an efficient process for recording multiple immunizations B. System needs to support tracking of immunization data C. Requirement to provide when & which version of the vaccine information statement [VIS] was given D. Need for immunization information entered in an EMR to interface with registries
2. Growth Tracking
Providers need to track a child’s body measurements for appropriate medical decision making.
3. Medication Dosing
Need to incorporate weight & age into prescribing decisions
