Q: How do we make the HMP a user friendly tool again without the clutter?

Q: We have not been using HMP since our upgrade from V10. What is your best suggestion for making the HMP a user friendly tool again without the clutter of information that is presently there? Am I understanding this that we will have to update over 50000 records by hand????

A: Collapse the problems list to make it a little more manageable. You can set a preference in the preferences menu under the HMP category to do this automatically. One thing to remember for V10 to v11, the "Last Done" date doesn't come over. One option is to look into chartviewer for the last result that came over for that item. If its an item that is only monitored by HMP, then that last done date would need to be found in ChartViewer, then youwould need to go to HMP to populate that last done date manually.
