Q: How is the "Item name" defined in Immunizations (in the Health Management Plan Window)?
The Immunization names are defined in ‘’’Dictionaries’’’ under ‘’’Vaccine Category.’’’ This is a PreDefined Dictionary Delivered by Allscripts. This is an enforced Dictionary and these Names cannot be changed.
Note: Even though there is an OID/OCD Category titled “Non-Medication and Immunizations”, it is not where Immunizations are found
