In TWEHR versions prior to V11.2 it is possible to hide the List Header from the output, however there are some caveats:

1. The List Header needs to be hidden upon the INITIAL set up of the output template.
2. The List Header needs to be hidden from the section of the output that says "Format Defaults for All Note Sections sections". Remember to click the "force format to all note sections" button when done. Note that when attempting to hide the List Header specifically from the Vitals section of the output, the option is grayed out and unavailable to check.
