Touchworks EHR V11.1 Comes with several pre-delivered Worklist Views.  These Views need to be "inactivated" as part of the configuration process.  Check to make sure that you have inactivated the pre-delivered workflows, because these '''will''' cause problems is they are assigned to users and users attempt to "personalize" thier default worklist view.

Touchworks EHR V11.1 Comes with several pre-delivered Worklist Views. These Views need to be "inactivated" as part of the configuration process. Check to make sure that you have inactivated the pre-delivered workflows, because these will cause problems is they are assigned to users and users attempt to "personalize" their default worklist view.

To create new worklist views follow the instructions on the Wiki page Worklist View Editor.

If you have deactivated the pre-delivered worklist views and you are still seeing a -1 following the name of the worklist view it is probably because you gave it the same name as the pre-delivered Allscripts view. Try giving your Worklist View a unique name.
