Prompt user to route for further signature is a check box that is associated with individual document types in the document type dictionary. It may not be functional in V11.1.6, however it is properly working in V11.2 if the proper set up is done. To confirm proper set up, do the following:

1. Check "prompt user to route for further signature" on the applicable document in the Document Type Dictionary.
2. Under Note Admin, locate the applicable Note Input Template and click the "properties" button. Check "prompt user to route for further signature" there as well. Verify that the finalization authority is the same as it is in the document type dictionary.
3. Right click and edit the Note Output Template. Click the "properties" button. Check "prompt user to route for further signature" there also. Verify that the finalization authority is the same as it is in the document type dictionary.
4. Confirm that all applicable users have a Finalization Authority that is LESS than that which is assigned to the Document and the Input/Output Templates.

TO TEST THIS SET UP: Login as a user whose finalization authority is LESS than that which is indicated on the Document Type.
Start the applicable note and click the "sign" button. The "Finalization" box should be grayed out and unchecked.
After the password is entered, a task box should pop-up, at which point the user should be forced to send a task.
The user will not be able to get out of the task box without sending a task.
