There is a .Net preference that dictates what UOM the vital signs are entered and displayed. The natural choices are US (Ft and inches) and Metric. There is now an option for 'As Entered', meaning if the height is entered as 29 inches, it will show as 29 inches, rather than 2 feet 5 inches.
