QuickLists

Quicklists are the most popular items of a favorites list. An item can be added to a Quicklist 3 ways:
1. The user can add an item to the quicklist while using the application and clicking the Quicklist icon
2. Through the PAT Admin workspace
3. By populating the 'TopFavoriteFlag' column with 'Y' in the Favorites SSMT load.
