Create a pin with a picture of your theme - in this case a picture of a race car.
As users are trained they receive their pin.
Add a "dongle" on the pin that identifies your super users.
Once a department is rolled out (whether phasing or big a bang) each of department receives a Pinewood Derby car to build. Rules: can not set anything on fire and must go down the track, not launch off the track.
If your group is larger with multi-specialties consider giving each department/specialty one car to build as a group. If you have a smaller group consider splitting up the staff by clinical staff vs. providers; or pair up a clinical staff member with a provider. The point is to create team involvement and have fun. Have races periodically until the implementation is complete.
Use your theme picture as a logo for the project.
