Reconcile v10 Outstanding Tasks with V11 Task/Worklist Items

Many providers may have old tasks in their system that are no longer applicable. In order to have worklists ready to go for go-live, these providers may want to clean out any tasks that are older than a certain age. For Example, you may want to remove all verify result tasks older than 3 months old. This will clean up their worklists, so it's more feasible for them to start working tasks on go-live date.

This is an optional step, but highly recommended if you have a lot of unreconciled tasks in your system. If you have old tasks you would like removed, then:

• enter a ticket in Webfirst with the criteria that you want to use.
• Development can write a script to run to clean up these tasks
• The script will be tested in the test environment.
• The script will be run on go live weekend.
