Noteforms are delivered by the Upgrade Technician during the Phase I upgrade and are visible in TWAdmin, Note Admin, Forms.
Before anything else is said, it is VITAL to understand that the delivered Noteforms must never be used as is. To use a delivered Noteforms you must COPY and RENAME it.
Noteforms are updated by AHS so if you use a delivered Noteform without copying and renaming it it will be replaced by the latest updates and your info will be LOST.
