Review and Create or Modify Delivered Noteforms

Noteforms are delivered by the Upgrade Technician during the Phase I upgrade and are visible in TWAdmin, Note Admin, Forms.
Before we get started, please read and clearly understand the following instructiion.
The delivered Noteforms must never be used as they are delivered. Any Noteform you wish to use must COPIED and RENAMED.
The delvered Noteforms are updated by AHS as a courtesy, so if you use a delivered Noteform without copying and renaming it that Noteform will be replaced by the latest updates and your info will be LOST.
