Review and Create or Modify Delivered Noteforms

Noteforms are delivered by the Upgrade Technician during the Phase I upgrade and are visible in TWAdmin, Note Admin, Forms.

Before we get started, please read and clearly understand the following instruction.

== The AHS Delivered NoteForms must never be used “as is”. Any NoteForm you plan to use must first be Copied and Renamed

                              to avoid being overwritten by AHS NoteForm Updates ==

The delivered Noteforms are updated by AHS as a courtesy, so if you use a delivered Noteform without copying and renaming it that Noteform will be replaced by the latest updates and your info will be LOST.
