Rx Med History

In order to start receiving patient's medication history from the PBMs you will need to complete the following steps:
- Preference -> Medication -> EnableRxHub Medication History = Y
- Preference -> Medication -> Med History Query Duration = (set value selecting 1 to 24 months)
- Preference -> Medication -> Medication History (default value for Med Hx Consent) = Unknown, once the patients signs the consent you can change this to Granted or Declined
